Lam Research specialists visited ZAO Syntez Microelectronics

On July 1, 2014 the specialists of Lam Research – world’s second largest company on semiconductor equipment market and their European representative – Ichor Systems visited ZAO Syntez Microelectronics.

During the meeting the technical and commercial questions relating CVD W, PECVD dielectrics equipment supply, plasma and chemical etching of layers and surface treatment for 200mm wafers production line were discussed.
