Purchase of multi-module cluster Sigma fxP by SPTS (UK)

In February-March 2014 ZAO Syntez Microelectronics signed a contract with SPTS (UK) and purchased a multi-module cluster  Sigma fxP for plasma etch and deposition of metal films on front and back side of 200mm wafers.
