The 2nd All-Russian conference "Power Electronics 2009"

On June 4, 2009 the 2nd All-Russian conference "Power Electronics 2009" will be held in Moscow. General Director of ZAO "Syntez Microelectronics" Dmitry Bodnar will make a report at this conference. ZAO "Syntez Microelectronics" has been providing the modern technology processes including Bipolar, CMOS, BiCMOS, CDMOS, BCD (up to 800V), Rad Hard, Trench MOSFET and IGBT (up to 1200V) and MEMS with technology nodes up to 45 nm for Russian designers of semiconductor devices and ICs.
